Educational Regent Multidisciplinary Journal maintains a strict anti-plagiarism policy and condemns any improper practices throughout the editorial process. Committed to scientific integrity, the journal ensures that all submitted manuscripts are subjected to mandatory originality checks using iThenticate software, one of the most recognized tools worldwide for detecting textual similarities.

During the initial evaluation, the editorial team reviews the similarity percentage and the proper citation of sources. If the iThenticate report shows a high level of similarity or identifies matches with other publications without proper acknowledgment, the manuscript will be immediately rejected or returned to the authors for correction, depending on the severity of the case.

Educational Regent Multidisciplinary Journal adheres to the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and applies its principles to address any incidents of plagiarism, duplication, data manipulation, or other forms of scientific misconduct. In severe cases, the journal reserves the right to inform the authors' affiliated institutions and apply editorial sanctions in accordance with international ethical standards in academic publishing.
