PEER REVIEW POLICY

Educational Regent Multidisciplinary Journal follows a rigorous and transparent double-blind peer review process to ensure the academic quality, originality, and relevance of all submitted manuscripts. In this model, the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential to preserve impartiality.

Phase 1: Initial Editorial Evaluation

Once a manuscript is received, the editorial team conducts a preliminary review within 72 hours and notifies the authors via email with a unique tracking number. The manuscript is assessed based on its originality, academic relevance, coherence, and alignment with the journal's scope.

Manuscripts that do not meet the journal’s criteria may be rejected outright or sent to the Editorial Board for further consideration. Those that pass this stage proceed to the peer review phase.

Phase 2: Double-Blind Peer Review

Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two external reviewers, who assess the submission based on:

  • Relevance to the academic community and potential impact.

  • Clarity, organization, and logical structure.

  • Methodological rigor and scientific validity.

  • Quality and currency of cited sources.

  • Originality and strength of conclusions.

Reviewers are given up to 30 days to submit their evaluations. If revisions are required, authors are granted between 8 and 15 days to resubmit, depending on the extent of the requested changes.

Phase 3: Final Editorial Review

After peer review, the editorial team conducts a final quality control check, including proofreading, format verification, and alignment with the journal’s editorial policies.

Final acceptance depends on the overall assessment and the editorial publishing schedule.

Estimated Timeline

The full editorial process generally spans 8 to 12 weeks, varying by article complexity and reviewer availability.
