Los recursos audiovisuales como herramienta para optimizar el rendimiento académico en estudiantes de ingeniería

Resumen

Este estudio explora cómo los recursos audiovisuales contribuyen a la mejora del aprendizaje y el desempeño académico de los estudiantes de ingeniería. Se implementó la metodología de aula invertida (flipped classroom) en el laboratorio de la asignatura de Obras Hidráulicas en tres instituciones educativas de contextos geopolíticos diversos. Los resultados muestran que el grupo experimental experimenta una mejora significativa en la adquisición de competencias, la satisfacción del estudiante y las calificaciones del examen, en comparación con el grupo de control. Se concluye que el uso de recursos audiovisuales fomenta mayores habilidades y confianza en los estudiantes, lo que tiene un impacto positivo en su rendimiento académico.
