Technical education in systems faces challenges related to student motivation and engagement, particularly where traditional methodologies prevail that limit meaningful learning and the practical application of knowledge. This issue is evident in programmes articulated between educational institutions and the National Learning Service (SENA), where academic disengagement, low performance, and the risk of dropout are observed. The aim of this research is to design and implement gamification-based pedagogical strategies to strengthen motivation and learning among students in technical systems education. The proposal integrates game dynamics, formative challenges, continuous feedback, and active classroom participation. Methodologically, it adopts a quasi-experimental design comprising three phases: initial diagnosis, pedagogical intervention, and evaluation of results through a mixed quantitative and qualitative approach. The study is conducted within technical secondary education. Improvements are expected in student participation, academic interest, and learning outcomes, alongside the creation of more dynamic, collaborative, and meaningful learning environments. Finally, it proposes a replicable strategy that contributes to strengthening technical teaching and promoting the implementation of active methodologies within the education system.
