This article presents a literature review on financial management and its impact on business growth strategies, focusing on studies published between 2020 and 2026. Financial management is identified as a crucial factor for the development and expansion of organizations, especially in complex and changing economic contexts. Various growth strategies, such as diversification of financing sources, integration of advanced technologies like artificial intelligence, and the impact of financial resource management on competitiveness and sustainability, are explored. The review highlights the importance of sound financial practices in the context of SMEs and the challenges they face in an unstable economic environment. Furthermore, the article emphasizes the role of technological innovation as a driver for optimizing decision-making and increasing operational efficiency. Finally, the article underscores gaps in current research and suggests areas of study for future developments at the intersection of financial management and business growth strategies.
